Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of SiteProud, a Bookify service. By creating an account or using SiteProud, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use SiteProud for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep access to it secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to a workspace.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give SiteProud permission to host, copy, process, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, import, generate, and publish.
AI-generated content
SiteProud uses AI-assisted systems. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, accessibility, legal notices, licenses, and suitability before publishing or relying on generated content.
Acceptable use
Do not use SiteProud to break the law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware or deceptive content; harass or exploit people; collect sensitive information without appropriate safeguards; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities; evade limits; impersonate others; or create content that facilitates fraud or abuse.
Published websites and visitor data
You control whether a website is published and are responsible for its content, claims, forms, products, accessibility, and compliance obligations. If your website collects visitor information, you are responsible for providing any notices, choices, and safeguards your business requires.
Free and paid plans
Free-plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are charged in USD through Stripe at the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, completed billing periods are non-refundable.
Domains and publishing
A free SiteProud address is subject to availability and may not impersonate another person or brand. You remain responsible for custom-domain registration, renewal, DNS access, and third-party registrar fees. SiteProud may suspend a domain or published site that creates a security, legal, or abuse risk.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features and plan limits. We work to keep SiteProud available and preserve website versions, but maintenance, provider failures, security events, and other interruptions can occur. Keep independent copies of content that is critical to your business.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using SiteProud at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
SiteProud is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, or that generated content will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SiteProud and Bookify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
